We want you to be completely satisfied with Pinpoint. If you are not happy with the Service for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase—no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to:
- Your first subscription payment only
- Requests made within 14 calendar days of the charge date
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed through Stripe's secure customer portal. To request a refund:
- Open the Stripe customer portal from your subscription confirmation email
- Select your Pinpoint subscription
- Click "Request refund" or "Cancel subscription"
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are provided at our discretion. We may offer a full or partial refund in cases of:
- Extended service outages affecting your ability to use Pinpoint
- Billing errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Extraordinary circumstances beyond your control
For these requests, please email support@pinpointlabs.io with details of your situation.
What Is NOT Refundable
- Subscription renewals: Monthly renewals after the first month are not automatically refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid charges.
- Partial month usage: We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days if you cancel mid-cycle (outside the 14-day window).
- Abuse of refund policy: Accounts that repeatedly subscribe and request refunds may be refused future refunds.
Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal:
- Open the customer portal link from your subscription confirmation email
- Click "Cancel subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.
Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
If you file a chargeback, your access to the Service will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently terminated.
